• Usage data — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be collected for operational purposes. This data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Email Service Provider

Email delivery is managed through Listmonk, a self-hosted newsletter platform operated by JV Solutions LLC. Your email address is stored in our Listmonk instance and is not shared with third-party email marketing platforms.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not share your email address with advertisers. The only third-party service that receives your data as part of normal operations is Stripe (for paid subscribers only), for payment processing.

Unsubscribe

Every email from SEC Filing Digest includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You may unsubscribe at any time. Upon unsubscribing, your email address will be removed from our active mailing list. To request complete deletion of your data, contact us using the information below.

Data Retention

We retain email addresses for active subscribers for as long as the subscription is active. Unsubscribed addresses may be retained in a suppression list to prevent re-adding addresses that have opted out.
